1. Order Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided on our website.
The wrong product was delivered.
The item arrives incomplete or missing major components.

To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos may be required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable unless proven defective upon arrival:

Liquidation pallets sold “as-is”
Clearance or final sale items
Used, altered, or customer-damaged products
Products damaged after delivery
Custom or special-order items

Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, products may vary in brand, packaging, or condition. Customers acknowledge this before purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Partial refunds may apply in cases where only part of the order is affected.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by our company.
We recommend using tracked shipping services for all returns.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and may request identity verification for high-risk transactions to protect our customers and business.
